The Oliver and Hare Re-opens
The Oliver and Hare has re-opened offering breakfasts, lunch and dinners and some special deals going on to celebrate. They are open 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Congratulations to them. You can find more about their offers and menus on their facebook page

The Bee’s Knees celebrate 7 years
The Bee’s Knees business club, celebrated 7 years supporting local women in business with a birthday party at the Cue and Arrow in Dudley Street. The Bee’s Knees operate as a not-for-profit organisation led by directors Chloe Peters, Bekka Prideaux, and Kate Marriott, dedicated to creating meaningful connections, inspiration, and opportunities for local women in business. Tight Lines Tackle Opens
A new fishing tackle shop has opened in Leighton Buzzard called Tight Lines Tackle on North Street, directly opposite The Wheatsheaf Pub.
LB residents have had to make hour long trips to Aylesbury, Hemel and MK for their bait and tackle since Browns closed in December last year so local man Simon Foxwell decided to take action. He tells us “So far it has been greatly received by the huge amount of anglers in and around the area, especially the local kids who have had to badger their parents to drive them elsewhere for their hobby.”

Citizens Advice Leighton Linslade celebrate 50 years

Citizens Advice Leighton Linslade are a local charity who support and empower people with information and advice. They are holding a fundraising event to celebrate 50 years.
The event will be a musical celebration led by Leighton-Linslade Gala Orchestra with musical contributions from the Chanteuse Choir.
7pm Saturday 15th November at St Barnabas Church, Linslade.
