Musical Theatre High! Announces Exciting Summer School Line-up

Young performers are invited to step into the spotlight this August as Musical Theatre High! presents three exciting themed summer workshops, giving children and teenagers the opportunity to develop their confidence, creativity and performance skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Inspired by some of the biggest names in musical theatre and film, each workshop is tailored to a different age group, with participants learning songs, movement, acting and performance techniques led by experienced theatre professionals.

Paddington Adventure

Perfect for little performers aged 3–6 and 7–10, this heart-warming workshop is inspired by everyone’s favourite bear.

A second session for older children takes place on:

  • 25 August – Ages 7–10
  • 10.00am – 1.00pm

Starlight Express Experience

Children and teenagers can experience the excitement of one of the West End’s most iconic musicals with a Starlight Express inspired workshop, including the opportunity to work with a member of the London cast.

Hadestown Workshop

For older students looking for something more contemporary, the Hadestown inspired workshop offers a chance to explore the music, storytelling and theatrical style of the award-winning musical.

All workshops take place at The Recreation Rooms, Mentmore Road, Leighton Buzzard.
