Multi-Million Pound Settlement Secured

Local Solicitors Osborne, Morris and Morgan have secured a life-changing settlement for their client.

After 20 years of legal proceedings, court hearings, applications and negotiations, Osborne, Morris and Morgan’s personal injury specialists were thrilled to agree a large settlement and bring to an end a long standing and stressful legal claim for their client whose life changed permanently after a serious road traffic accident in 2006.

In 2006, the client was just four years old and days away from starting primary school when the car they were travelling in with their mother was struck from behind by a speeding Belgian lorry.
