Amelia’s Sunset BBQ! Our second annual fundraising event in aid of CALM. Join us for a fun evening filled with delicious food, great music, and good company as we watch the sun go down. The event will take place on Sat Sep 20 2025 at 7:00 PM at the SVRA (Southcott Village Residents Association) Club. Bring your friends and family for a memorable night of laughter and relaxation. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enjoy a beautiful sunset with some tasty BBQ! Raffle tickets, BBQ food and Drinks from the bar will all be available to purchase at the event, as well as other stalls. Proceeds will go to CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). Party in the park 2025 – ages 0-11 – Sunday 21st September

Join PADS (Positive About Downs Syndrome) at Thomley on Sunday 21st September for a fun-filled family day! This event is for new and pre-school parents. This will be the only PADS family event this year – if you can’t make the date or the location please keep your eyes peeled for more community events at different locations coming up next year!

PADS Party in the Park is a chance to meet your PADS community in person. Thomley is a venue which has a vast range of activities for our families to enjoy from sensory rooms, dressing up stations, arts & crafts and indoor soft play, to trampolines, sand pits, playgrounds, go-karts and even a fairy garden to explore.

PADS has exclusive use of the venue for the day and hope to meet as many of our families as possible. Places are funded for our children – we ask for a small donation for parents, grandparents, siblings and friends over 2 who might want to come along. Please book for your entire party size prices are adjusted to include one free place for your group.

You are welcome to bring a packed lunch alternatively you can pre-order a barbecue lunch or make your selection from the on site cafe on the day

Children and Babies with Down Syndrome are paid by PADS
Siblings under 2 – free entry
All other party members are £10 per person

Bluey at the Railway Sunday – 21st September, 10.30am – 5pm

Buckinghamshire Railway Centre

We are so excited to share that Bluey is coming to Buckinghamshire Railway Centre on 21st September 2025! Come and meet the lovable Blue Heeler at intervals throughout the day.

There will be lots for the whole family to see and do at our heritage railway, with 25-acres to explore! Enjoy steam train rides, take a trip on the miniature railway, enjoy the visitor centre and railway museum, watch the model railway and enjoy our café and gift shops.
