Here are some good news for Leighton Buzzard this week.
Leighton Town FC are the Champions
Many congratulations to Leighton Town FC who today became champions of the Southern Premier League division one and will play step 3 football for the first time in their 141-year history next season!
The team won 5-0 over Rayners Lane and the scenes were euphoric amongst the1,297 fans who turned out to support watch the team celebrate here
Celebrating Our Local Businesses
The Baker Boy will be celebrating their first full year as a cafe by hosting a birthday party at their shop at 29 Waterbourne Walk. The party will be from 8am – 4pm on Saturday 18th April and will include balloon modelling between 10am and 12 noon, lucky dip discounts and of course lots of tasty treats. See more here
JamCrackers IT specialists celebrated 15 years in business. With the support of his brother, Richard and his wife Sabrina their team has grown to 5. Jamcrackers is active in the local community and support many events and causes. They celebrated with a bowling trip (and a few beers).

The Repair Cafe celebrated their 3rd birthday on 28th March as they continue to fix, mend and share skills to keep even more items out of landfill.
