Come along to the Christmas Oak Fostering Menopause Café on Friday 28th November from 9.30am til 11am ☕
Our Menopause Café is open to anybody to attend! We want the whole world talking about the menopause – so that includes all genders & all ages.
What a Menopause Café is:
We won’t set agendas – discussion topics emerge and are shaped by participants.
What a Menopause Café isn’t:
A support group and only open to perimenopausal or menopausal people.
We will also have tea, coffee, cake and fruit too!!
