Singaling sessions take place on Tuesday and Friday mornings at the Forster Institute in Leighton Buzzard and St Leonard’s Church Hall in Heath & Reach. Singaling Babies is designed for newborns to crawling babies, Singaling Music Tots is for children aged 3 months to 4 years, and the Singaling Preschool class is for 3-5 year olds. Sessions invite little ones to discover instruments while listening to and singing a delightful blend of well-known and original songs. Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre is one of the best sports centres in the area with extensive leisure and fitness facilities. The two swimming pools provide space for family fun sessions, lane swimming, and award-winning lessons. Adult and child swimming lessons are available for children aged 4-18 months or 19-36 months and are aimed at giving children their first experience of the water. Through songs, games and support, classes promote water confidence and water movement to prepare for independent swimming, and they offer a social environment for both parents and children. Freddie & Friends Community Hub

Freddie and Friends is an additional needs non-profit community organisation run by volunteers that provides parent/carer support groups and activity days. The Community Hub is an inclusive community café which provides support for parents and inclusive play and art activities for children with SEND. 10am-1pm Tuesdays is the soft play and bouncy castle session, and the Community Hub runs 10am-1.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Each session is £5 for 1 child (including a hot drink for the accompanying adult) and £1 per additional sibling.
