Supporting Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing, One Step at a Time

Many parents will recognise the challenge. A child seems worried, anxious or withdrawn, but it’s difficult to know whether it’s simply a passing phase or something that needs additional support.

Accessing help isn’t always straightforward either. Waiting lists can be long, and families often find themselves searching online for reliable advice and practical guidance.

That’s where a new digital resource from CHUMS aims to help.

Mindjurny has been developed by professionals with experience in children’s mental health and emotional wellbeing. Designed for young people, parents and carers, the online platform provides access to a range of practical tools that can be used at home, whenever support is needed.

Available 24 hours a day on phones, tablets and computers, Mindjurny includes short videos, downloadable resources, activities and pre-recorded workshops covering a variety of emotional wellbeing topics.

The idea is to help families access support earlier, giving young people the confidence and skills to navigate everyday challenges before they become more difficult to manage.

The platform is also available to schools, allowing pupils, parents and staff to access the same library of resources and support.

School subscriptions start from around £1 per pupil, while family memberships are available from £34.99 for six months.
