Tibbs Dementia Foundation is an award-winning local Bedfordshire charity offering social opportunities, information and advice, and emotional support to those affected by dementia and their family members.
We offer three groups in Leighton Buzzard, including a walking group for those affected by dementia, and their family carers.
When: 2pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
We walk at different locations in and near to Leighton Buzzard. The participants will need own transport as some walks are several miles from the town. After a walk of around an hour, we go for a drink in a cafe or pub. Most walks are on proper pathways. This is not a rambling group and we do not go cross country. This is a gentle stroll, rather than a hike.
