Volunteer at Your Local Hospital

Bedfordshire Blossom Service

Do you have a passion for helping others? Have you considered volunteering at your local hospital?
The Blossom Service, at Bedfordshire Hospitals, enables volunteers to provide support and
companionship for those receiving End of Life Care and their loved ones. The volunteers provide a
hand to hold and friendly face at a heart-breaking and uncertain time. They can offer respite for
those who may need it and be a companion for patients without visitors. Alternatively, if you wish to
support patients and their loved ones without a patient facing role, why not join us as a Blossom
Resources Support Volunteer? You can help to organise the comfort packs and ensure families have
everything they need.
