Unique Partnership Nutures SEND Football
The unique partnership between Leighton Park Rangers and the Rotary “Yes We Can” Network is providing a platform for those with SEND to thrive and enjoy the national pastime.
The programme currently provides an established pathway, under experienced qualified coaches, from the age of nine/ten played for fun through to full adult football played competitively in the Berks, Bucks & Ox Inclusion League. The programme is there to help anyone with SEND who wants to play football and may not feel comfortable in a mainstream team or club. The programme also recognises the challenges that individuals and parents/ carers face and therefore currently provides training facilities and kit etc at no cost.
