Every now and again a dog comes in to Appledown kennels that stays with us much longer than expected and we can’t understand why!
Appledown Rescue Dog of the Month
Handsome Hugo, a lurcher aged 3, is just such a dog. With his sweet nature and good lead manners he has become a favourite with the volunteer walkers, but somehow the right family just hasn’t come along yet. He would love a home where he gets a couple of good on-lead walks a day and then he will be very happy to relax on a sofa.
Hugo could probably live with another dog pending introductions but not cats and he will need a well-fenced garden.
