The Power of Community
This is the story of how one small community’s spirit and resiliance – with a touch of British eccentricity transformed their entire street.
If you have ever wondered if it is even possible to make a change in your community, this is the film for you. Power Station is a funny, heart-warming, quirky story of how two artist/activists install solar panels on every house in their street using art, imagination and a lot of heart.
As part of Leighton Buzzard’s Big Green Week Buzz Community Energy are hosting special screening of Power Station at Leighton Buzzard Library Theatre.
From sleeping on roof tops to growing sunflowers follow the progress and setbacks of this remarkable story.
